On March 17, at the 3rd Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Consumer Rights Protection High-Level Forum, the Hebei Pharmaceutical Association released the “Hebei Pharmaceutical Enterprise Credibility Index,” which has attracted widespread attention from both the public and pharmaceutical companies. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was listed among enterprises scoring above the average in the overall Hebei Pharmaceutical Enterprise Credibility Index, the average of the Comprehensive Credit Index for Pharmaceutical Enterprises, and the average of the Market Reputation Index for Pharmaceutical Enterprises—and ranked prominently among them.

To implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, the State Council, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Government regarding the construction of a credit system, since 2022, the Hebei Pharmaceutical Association has organized industry experts and relevant enterprises to take the lead nationwide in launching a research project on the establishment of the “Hebei Pharmaceutical Enterprise Credit Index.” This initiative aims to encourage Hebei’s pharmaceutical enterprises to uphold integrity and ethical conduct, building corporate and brand reputations through high-quality, safe medicines and superior services. By fostering trust and integrity, we seek to drive high-quality development of the industry, boost consumer confidence through high-quality growth, and, with the concerted efforts of the entire society and collaborative governance, better safeguard the medication safety of the people and meet their aspirations for a better life.
It is reported that, after nearly a year of in-depth research and deliberation, the Provincial Pharmaceutical Association has established the “Hebei Pharmaceutical Enterprise Credibility Index” system, which comprises eight first-level indicators, 19 second-level indicators, and 62 third-level indicators. The eight first-level indicators are: Credit Foundation, Credit Behavior, Social Responsibility, Enterprise Foundation, Soft Power, Brand, Innovation Capacity, and Influence. The assessment of each index was completed based on data from government websites and publicly available data from public platforms.
The “Hebei Pharmaceutical Enterprise Credibility Index” is divided into five sub-indices, including three aggregate indices and two component indices. The three aggregate indices are: “Hebei Pharmaceutical Enterprise Overall Credibility Index,” “Hebei Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Enterprise Overall Credibility Index,” and “Hebei Pharmaceutical Wholesale and Retail Chain Enterprise Overall Credibility Index.” The two component indices are: “Hebei Pharmaceutical Enterprise Comprehensive Credit Index” and “Hebei Pharmaceutical Enterprise Market Reputation Index.”
The Comprehensive Credit Index evaluates factors such as industry credit, compliance with laws and regulations, vitality of market entities, resource allocation, fulfillment of social responsibilities, and maintenance of fair competition, thereby reflecting the credit standing of an enterprise. The Market Reputation Index evaluates factors including product quality, market share, growth rate of sales revenue, trademarks, certification and accreditation, as well as innovation, R&D efforts, and investment, thereby reflecting the enterprise’s market reputation.
The index released this time shows that the average total credit index for Hebei pharmaceutical enterprises is 79.558, with 48 enterprises scoring above the average. The average comprehensive credit index for Hebei pharmaceutical enterprises is 90.057, and 63 enterprises scored above the average. The average market reputation index for Hebei pharmaceutical enterprises is 67.11, with 43 enterprises scoring above the average.
