Jiangsu Best Medical Material Research Institute
Jiangsu Best Medical Material Research Institute belongs to Jiangsu Best New Medical Material Co., Ltd. It is the Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center of Jiangsu and the Medical Packaging materials Engineering Technology Research Center. With professional and technical talents, the institute carried out Industry-University research cooperation, adhered to the high quality of pharmaceutical packaging materials and continues to develop more safe and effective new varieties, in order to meet the new needs of high-end customers and high-end pharmaceutical packaging, and to improve the scientific and technological value of products.
A number of products and technologies independently developed by the institute such as High-barrier multilayer co-extruded packaging film, Biological film and Coated rubber stoppers won National Invention Patent Certificate. Besides, the Polyparaxylene coated brominated butyl rubber plug was awarded the title of “National key new products”, and the Ceftriaxone sodium special brominated butyl rubber plug was listed in the National Torch Plan by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
It is noteworthy that the Coated butyl rubber plug is widely used in biological products, blood products, tumor drugs, small volume injection and other special drugs. And the disposable Seven-layer co-extrusion biofilm first developed by the institute can be comparable to imported products in the comprehensive performance, which provides a "preferred" for the localization substitution of domestic pharmaceutical companies.
