Major: Pharmacy, Biology, Polymer Materials, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Fine Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis and Chemistry, Clinical Pharmacy, and related majors.
Job Description:
1. Draft the project experimental plan, including: identification of critical parameters, study of critical quality attributes, product validation management, stability studies, compatibility studies, and technology transfer activities.
2. Conduct experimental operations and complete experiments to examine various key parameters of the project.
3. Record and process relevant experimental data, tables, and experimental reports.
4. Conduct literature reviews and summaries related to the project, and participate in the preparation and review of submission documents for the formulation component of the new drug project.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the project leader.
Job requirements:
1. Candidates should have a degree in chemical engineering, pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates must come from prestigious universities; candidates with work experience should hold at least a bachelor’s degree.
2. Familiar with literature retrieval and possessing a certain ability to interpret spectra such as mass spectra and NMR spectra.
3. Familiarity with domestic registration regulations and relevant guidelines is preferred; candidates with experience in preparing submission documents will be given priority.
4. Possesses strong hands-on skills and the ability to work independently; is conscientious, highly responsible, eager to learn, and demonstrates a spirit of teamwork.
5. Preference will be given to candidates who can independently take charge of projects.
