The project is located at No. 19 Lizhizhen Road, West Area, Cangzhou Port Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hebei Province. The total investment of the project amounts to 500.4434 million yuan. The construction scale and main contents are as follows: The project will occupy an additional 150 mu of land and add 8,362 square meters of building area. The project will have an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons per year of pharmaceutical intermediates, with a byproduct of 14,048 tons per year of sodium chloride.

4. Project construction content:
This project is the 10,000 t/a pharmaceutical intermediate project of Cangzhou Lingang Youyi Chemical Co., Ltd. It mainly comprises the main plant, auxiliary facilities, utility systems, and environmental protection measures. The main plant refers to the production workshop; the auxiliary facilities include tank farms, warehouses, office areas, and other supporting structures. The utility systems encompass water supply, power supply, and heating (and cooling) systems. The environmental protection measures cover exhaust gas treatment systems, wastewater treatment systems, noise control systems, and solid waste management measures.
