On the afternoon of February 9, Zhao Luxin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone, led a team to conduct a research visit to key enterprises within the zone, including Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group. Wan Shujun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee, Wu Yinglan, Member of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Party and Government Office, along with relevant officials from the Bureau of Economic Development, also participated in the visit.

Zhao Luxin and his delegation carefully reviewed the company’s development journey at the group and then visited the R&D center in depth, where they listened firsthand to briefings from Su Xuejun, Chairman of the Group, on the company’s current production and operations, innovative R&D efforts, and future development plans. During their discussions with relevant company officials, they asked in detail about the difficulties and challenges encountered by the company in its business development.
Zhao Luxin stated that the biopharmaceutical industry and the electronic information industry are pillar industries driving the steady economic development of the High-tech Zone, making positive contributions to its high-quality growth. The High-tech Zone will firmly uphold the principle that “projects are paramount,” further optimize the business environment by focusing on the operational and developmental needs of enterprises, and consistently take a pragmatic approach grounded in the realities of each enterprise. It will earnestly serve as a dedicated and attentive “shop assistant” for businesses, providing heartfelt, meticulous, and vigorous support for their operations and growth, thereby helping them expand and strengthen. Based on the region’s actual development conditions, the High-tech Zone will comprehensively identify and address bottlenecks and challenges in the process of serving enterprises, effectively resolving the practical difficulties and problems encountered during their production and operations.
