On December 12, in Production Workshop 102 for oral dosage forms at the Manufacturing Center of Shijiazhuang Siyao Group, located in the High-Tech Zone of Shijiazhuang, motors were spinning rapidly, and the automated production line was running smoothly and efficiently. With the seamless coordination between operating workers and robotic arms, boxes of abidol hydrochloride capsules—after passing inspection and meeting quality standards—were promptly packaged, boxed, and successfully rolled off the assembly line.
On December 12, in the No. 102 oral dosage production workshop of the Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s manufacturing center, located in the Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone, motors were spinning rapidly, and the automated production line was running smoothly and efficiently. With the seamless coordination between operating workers and robotic arms, boxes of abidol hydrochloride capsules—after passing inspection and meeting quality standards—were promptly packaged, boxed, and successfully rolled off the assembly line.
In response to the growing market demand for antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic-analgesic, and cough-relieving and expectorant medications, Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group has been actively mobilizing its resources in recent days to step up production and sales coordination for products in high demand, ensuring stable market supply and making every effort to achieve the annual target.
Recently, cities including Shanghai and Wuhan have successively formulated lists of four categories of commonly stocked home medications: “cough suppressants, antipyretics, antivirals, and antibiotics.” Several formulations produced by Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical—including the antiviral drug abidol hydrochloride capsules, the antibacterial drugs azithromycin and cefdinir, as well as the expectorants ambroxol hydrochloride and bromhexine hydrochloride—have been included in these lists.
As the flu season approaches, in response to both clinical needs and the practical demands of consumers, Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group has promptly adjusted and integrated its operational elements—including procurement, production, quality control, sales, and logistics—while stepping up the procurement and stockpiling of raw materials and excipients. The company has also mobilized its core personnel to reinforce key positions in production, quality control, and technology, ensuring that high-quality products are consistently produced and supplied without interruption. Han Shuqin, CEO of the Group and General Manager of the Manufacturing Center, stated: “In the face of market demand, while maintaining stringent quality standards, we are enhancing production efficiency and meticulously managing every stage of the pharmaceutical production and supply process.”
In Workshop 104 of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group, a neatly organized ampoule injection production line is busily and efficiently manufacturing ambroxol hydrochloride injection. “This product is one of our flagship offerings,” said Han Shuqin. “Clinical demand surges during the winter and spring seasons—this is precisely our peak sales period. With the Spring Festival just around the corner, many customers have already placed orders and are stocking up. As a manufacturer, ensuring a stable supply is both our mission and our responsibility.” She added that more than 3,000 employees at the company remain steadfast at their posts, giving their all to sprint through the fourth quarter and striving to achieve the year’s overall targets.
