On January 28, Shiyao Group (02005.HK) issued an announcement stating that the application submitted by its subsidiary, Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangsu Bosheng), to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Company for listing its shares on the New Third Board was accepted on January 28, following its submission on January 27.
On January 28, Shiyao Group (02005.HK) issued an announcement stating that its subsidiary, Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangsu Bosheng), had submitted an application to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Company on January 27 for the listing of its shares on the New Third Board, and the application was accepted on January 28.
The announcement disclosed that shares of Shisi Pharmaceutical Group Jiangsu Bosheng will seek an independent listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange.
