I. Basic Information on the Project
The Green Development Project for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients of Shisi Pharmaceutical Group Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is located within the premises of Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., south of Sanxia Road and west of Gongye Avenue in the Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone. The project involves the construction of a new workshop with a floor area of approximately 3,750 square meters, which will house production lines for 11 active pharmaceutical ingredients—including tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and linezolid—as well as supporting logistics and power facilities. Upon completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of 16 tons each for tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and linezolid, and an annual production capacity of 2.43 tons each for the other nine active pharmaceutical ingredients.

These areas encompass the following locations: Beiyi Residential Community, Kangxing Jiayuan, Evergrande Oasis, Tayuanzhuang Village, Neizu Village, Guxian Village, Taixi Village, Zhuanghe Village, Shuangmiao Village, Gucheng Village, Gangshang Village, Xiaofeng Village, Liang Village, Dafengtun Village, Nan Wunu Village, Bei Wunu Village, Nanyangzhuang Village, Wujiaying Village, Xiaoxizhang Village, Daxizhang Village, Beizhuang Village, Nanzhuang Village, Songying Village, Hantong Village, Beixi Village, Beilexiang Village, Nanlexiang Village, Nanxizhang Village, Beiyi Village, Qiutou Village, Xima Village, Datong Village, and Dongyi Village—totalling 33 sensitive sites.
