On July 7, Li Ruifeng, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone, led a delegation to visit and conduct a research tour at Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Group. Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Group, and Wu Hengyao, President of the Group, accompanied the delegation on the visit.
Li Ruifeng and his delegation listened carefully to Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shisi Pharmaceutical Group, who provided an overview of the company’s R&D, production, and operational activities. They took a close look at the company’s strategies and plans for growing stronger and larger, and engaged in a candid exchange of views with the company’s leaders.
Li Ruifeng highly praised Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical’s significant contributions to the economic and social development of the High-tech Zone. He stated that the achievements made by Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical are truly gratifying and inspiring, especially its leveraging of its own advantageous resources to promote the commercialization of scientific and technological innovations, expand into both domestic and international markets, and steadily enhance its industry influence. He urged relevant departments to provide ongoing support and pay close attention to enterprises’ needs, striving to deliver more precise and higher-quality services. He encouraged the company to continue accelerating its pace of technological innovation, speeding up product innovation and industrial upgrading, and stepping up the construction of new projects, thereby better supporting the High-tech Zone’s leapfrog development.
Immediately after the survey concluded, Li Ruifeng convened a special meeting that afternoon with relevant district leaders and heads of district-level departments to systematically review and study the development ideas and related requests put forward by enterprises. He emphasized that all departments and units must firmly embrace the “shop assistant” mindset—dedicated to serving enterprise development and project construction—and further intensify their support and guidance for businesses within the district. They should maintain close communication and coordination, promptly grasp enterprises’ needs, and do their utmost to help resolve practical issues, thereby providing precise and efficient services that empower enterprises to grow stronger and bigger.
