Zhou Lixin emphasized that there are no small matters when it comes to production safety. Enterprises must fully recognize the importance of production safety, conduct comprehensive and dynamic baseline surveys as required, ensure that all existing hazards are completely eliminated and that new hazards are promptly addressed, and effectively remove potential safety risks. Furthermore, enterprises should continue to refine emergency response plans, strengthen safety training for employees, improve safety management systems, strictly standardize operational procedures, and implement all preventive measures.
Zhou Lixin called for all levels and departments to further elevate their political awareness, remain constantly vigilant about production safety, and carry out in-depth large-scale inspections and rectifications aimed at “preventing risks, eliminating hidden dangers, and ensuring safety.” We must overcome complacency, strengthen the implementation of responsibilities, and ensure that the region’s safety situation remains stable, thereby presenting outstanding achievements as a gift to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party.
