On the morning of May 5, Pei Shixin, deputy secretary of the Party Group and first-level inspector of the Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce, led heads of relevant divisions—including the Foreign Trade Division—of the provincial Department of Commerce to Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to provide guidance on epidemic prevention and control, safe production, and the “two stabilizations and one promotion” efforts during the “May Day” holiday period. Leaders from the Shijiazhuang Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Management Committee of the Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone accompanied the inspection and research team.

Pei Shixin and her delegation had an in-depth discussion with relevant officials from Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group, gaining a detailed understanding of how the company has effectively balanced epidemic prevention and control with economic development. She expressed admiration for Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group’s efforts to overcome various adverse impacts caused by the pandemic and its unwavering commitment to “safeguarding markets and stabilizing production,” thereby achieving a strong start to the first quarter. She encouraged the company to take product and market innovation as key drivers, focusing on building a more robust “dual-circulation” model that fosters mutual reinforcement between domestic and international markets. She also urged the company to continue accelerating its overseas expansion, steadily increasing its market share, and making greater contributions to the economic and social development of our province. At the same time, she carefully listened to the difficulties and challenges the company faces in its operations and instructed the commerce authorities to “address enterprises’ urgent needs and anticipate their concerns,” actively providing support to help businesses overcome difficulties and achieve sustainable growth.
