On March 14, Wang Jinshan, Deputy Secretary of the Gaocheng District Committee and District Mayor of Shijiazhuang City, led a team to visit several key projects within the district, including the new formulation and biopharmaceutical industrial park of Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. under Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group, to study and coordinate the progress of these key projects.
At the construction site of the Guolong Pharmaceutical New Formulation and Biopharmaceutical Industrial Park project under Shisi Pharmaceutical Group, Wang Jinshan took a close look at the project’s progress, listened to reports from the company’s leaders, and worked on-site to study and find solutions to the challenges encountered during the project’s construction.
Wang Jinshan emphasized that all relevant units should strengthen communication and coordination, help enterprises overcome difficulties, and accelerate the progress of key projects. It is essential to further enhance project awareness, keep project work firmly in mind and under close control, and drive the healthy and steady development of our district’s economy through the successful implementation of one project after another. Project contractors must earnestly strengthen their awareness of quality and safety, strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures, proactively seize every available moment and expedite progress, and complete project construction as quickly as possible, striving for early completion, early production, and early realization of benefits.
The Shisi Pharmaceutical Group’s Guolong Pharmaceutical New Formulation and Biopharmaceutical Industrial Park Project is a key provincial, municipal, and district-level project. With strong support from Shijiazhuang City, Gaocheng District, and the Shijiazhuang Economic-Technological Development Zone, and leveraging the zone’s advantages—such as its status as a national-level development zone and its concentration of industrial clusters—the project is being developed to meet world-class pharmaceutical standards and create an internationally oriented pharmaceutical industrial park. This project serves as a foundational initiative for Shisi Pharmaceutical Group to implement the new development philosophy and chart a course for high-quality development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
