Recently, the Pharmaceutical Industry Chamber of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce issued an initiative to all its member enterprises and entrepreneurs, calling for priority employment opportunities for the children of medical personnel working on the front lines of the epidemic fight. Su Xuejun, Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Industry Chamber of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and Chairman of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., stated that his company is actively responding to the chamber’s initiative and making concrete contributions to support the fight against the epidemic.
Recently, the Pharmaceutical Industry Chamber of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce issued an initiative to all its member enterprises and entrepreneurs, calling for priority employment opportunities for the children of medical personnel working on the front lines of the epidemic fight. Su Xuejun, Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Industry Chamber of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and Chairman of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., stated that his company is actively responding to the chamber’s initiative and making concrete contributions to support the fight against the epidemic.
The initiative calls upon all member enterprises of the Pharmaceutical Chamber of Commerce to prioritize providing employment opportunities for the children of newly graduated medical personnel who are on the front lines fighting the epidemic, offering small yet meaningful gestures to comfort and warm these heroes, so that they can focus on their critical work without any worries about their families.
Upon receiving the initiative, Su Xuejun stated: “The stable development of our country is closely linked to the well-being of enterprises and individuals. As a responsible and conscientious enterprise, we must demonstrate our social responsibility as corporate citizens at critical moments—sharing the nation’s burdens and alleviating society’s concerns. We are willing to make our own contribution through concrete actions to help secure employment for the children of newly graduated medical personnel who are working on the front lines of the epidemic response.”
He called for launching a special recruitment program targeting “anti-epidemic heroes”—those who bravely stepped forward to fight the pandemic—during this year’s online job fair for newly graduated college students. The program should clearly announce the number of positions available, specific job roles, and required majors, providing active support to help the children of frontline medical staff who are recent college graduates find employment.
We learned from the Human Resources Department of Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical Company that this action plan has now been “launched” and is ready to provide consultation and services at any time to help the children of medical personnel who have recently graduated find employment.
Since the outbreak of the epidemic, Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical, as a vice president and board member of the Pharmaceutical Industry Chamber of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, has earnestly fulfilled its social responsibilities, taken the initiative, and acted proactively, embodying the spirit of “working together in solidarity to overcome difficulties.” The company has actively donated funds, medicines, and supplies, and has proactively cooperated with epidemic prevention and control efforts, making positive contributions to the fight against the pandemic. To date, it has donated emergency medical supplies worth a total of 2.57 million yuan to areas including Wuhan, Hubei Province, and the Shennongjia Forestry District.
