“Please line up for temperature checks!” Early on February 26, at the entrance of the Bosheng factory premises, staff members seconded from various departments were taking employees’ temperatures and disinfecting them as they entered the factory. After employees gradually made their way into the production workshops, team leaders conducted another round of inspections, allowing workers to start their shifts only after confirming their good mental state.
“The safety and health of our employees come first above all else—let’s treat epidemic prevention and control as our top priority!” After the outbreak, Bosheng swiftly established a leading group for epidemic prevention and control and adopted the work guideline of “controlling the epidemic, ensuring safety, and stabilizing production” for resuming work and production after the holiday. The company also formulated four epidemic prevention and control documents and systems, enabling it to carry out anti-epidemic production activities in an orderly manner.
Adopt a system of individual servings and meal delivery to avoid large gatherings for meals. Conduct a comprehensive review of employees’ travel histories during their vacation period, and strictly enforce reporting requirements and medical observation and quarantine measures for employees returning from outside the province or city before resuming work. Daily temperature checks will be conducted on all personnel entering the workplace, and office areas, production workshops, cafeterias, and vehicles will be thoroughly disinfected at scheduled intervals. Large-scale indoor gatherings will be minimized, and enterprises will, whenever possible, adopt communication methods such as internal emails instead... One measure after another has been formulated and implemented successively, maximizing the protection of the life safety and physical health of employees on duty.

“We’ve rigorously implemented our prevention and control measures, employee screening, facility and material preparations, and internal management protocols, smoothly resuming work and production. Right now, everyone is highly motivated,” said Yao Guoyuan, General Manager of Bosheng.
At the Bosheng plant, we saw a truck fully loaded with multilayer co-extruded medical infusion films, ready to depart.
"On February 14, Bosheng officially resumed production and operations, making it one of the first companies in Xinghua City to do so," said Yao Guoyuan. As of February 22, all 560 of Bosheng's employees had returned to work, and the infusion film and rubber stopper production lines were operating at full capacity, with production capacity already restored to pre-holiday levels. Although affected by the epidemic, we remain confident that, through refined management and seizing market opportunities, we can make up for the losses caused by the pandemic."
