Recently, good news came from the National Intellectual Property Administration: the innovative technological achievement—“Continuous Cooling Crystallization Device for Theophylline Sodium Salt”—submitted by the Group Company and Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has been granted a utility model patent certificate. It is understood that this is the first patent certificate ever obtained by Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical.

According to the R&D personnel, this project employs novel and advanced technologies to design a new type of practical device that significantly boosts the production efficiency of theophylline sodium salt. The device features a compact layout, reducing its footprint, and is capable of producing crystals with larger and more uniform particle sizes. The process control system operates on a DCS platform, enabling fully automated centralized control of process parameters, thereby ensuring process stability, enhancing the level of automation in production, and reducing labor intensity.
