On November 14, the promotion meeting for the “Ji Qing Zhi Xing” (Stars of Hebei Youth) program—a selection initiative for outstanding young people in the new era—was held in Shijiazhuang. Eight young employees from our company—Feng Rui, He Yazhuo, Ji Rongxin, Liu Shaoqian, Wu Lei, Zhang Hongchang, Qu Benyue, and Zhang Shuo—were awarded the title of “Ji Qing Zhi Xing.”

On November 14, the promotion meeting for the “Ji Qing Zhi Xing” (Hebei Youth Star) campaign—aimed at identifying and promoting outstanding young people in the new era—was held in Shijiazhuang. Eight young employees from our company—Feng Rui, He Yazhuo, Ji Rongxin, Liu Shaoqian, Wu Lei, Zhang Hongchang, Qu Benyue, and Zhang Shuo—were selected for the “Ji Qing Zhi Xing” title. At the meeting, Zhao Yide, Deputy Secretary of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee, emphasized the importance of thoroughly studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, earnestly studying and carrying out the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and fully implementing the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee as well as those of the provincial Party committee and provincial government, using the exemplary power of role models to inspire young people across the board to make contributions in the new era.

Zhao Yide, on behalf of the provincial Party committee and provincial government as well as Secretary Wang Dongfeng and Governor Xu Qin, extended congratulations to the selected “Hebei Youth Stars.” After recognizing the effectiveness of the selection and cultivation efforts, he emphasized that youth organizations at all levels and the broader youth contingent must firmly keep in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping’s earnest instructions. They should regard studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee as their top priority, and with a strong sense of political responsibility and historical mission, pursue dreams for the new era and achieve new accomplishments. They must remain steadfast in their ideals and convictions, strengthening their faith by deeply understanding the Party’s innovative theories, thoroughly studying the Party’s glorious history, and fully recognizing the great achievements made by the Party and the country. They should integrate their personal aspirations into the greater cause of the motherland and the people, and firmly steer their lives in the right direction. They must be determined to strive relentlessly, taking on responsibilities and making contributions in advancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, implementing the provincial Party committee’s “3689” work approach, and promoting innovative, green, and high-quality development. They should endeavor to achieve extraordinary results even in ordinary posts. They must study diligently, think critically, and act decisively—improving their qualities through diligent study, enhancing their capabilities through practical experience, and tempering their will through tackling urgent, difficult, dangerous, and heavy tasks. They must cultivate noble moral character, drawing moral nourishment from the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, absorbing moral exemplars from heroic figures and role models of our times, and elevating their moral standards through self-reflection. They should vigorously promote positive social ethos.

Zhao Yide emphasized that all localities and departments should earnestly implement the “Hebei Province Medium- and Long-Term Youth Development Plan (2018-2025),” select and promote outstanding role models, publicize advanced exemplary deeds, build youth brands, and continuously inspire the younger generation to embrace their missions with courage and dedication.

The meeting was held via video conference, during which the list of selected “Ji Qing Stars” was announced, and honorary certificates and badges were presented to the selected representatives.
