The “Four Brights” Initiative Highlights the Vitality of Party Building Work. Recently, in the selection process for outstanding grassroots party building initiatives in Gaocheng District, the “Four Brights” initiative—launched by the company’s Party Committee to promote development—was recognized by the Organization Department of the Gaocheng District Party Committee as an “Outstanding Party Building Initiative” and was awarded a certificate of honor.

Recently, in the selection process for outstanding grassroots Party building initiatives in Gaocheng District, the “Four Brights” initiative—launched by the company’s Party Committee to promote development—was recognized by the Organization Department of the Gaocheng District Party Committee as an “outstanding Party building highlight” and was awarded a certificate of honor.
To fully implement the important instructions issued by General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Party Central Committee on strengthening Party building in non-public-owned enterprises, and to carry out the “Two Studies, One Action” study-and-education campaign in depth, the company’s Party committee takes the mutual promotion of Party building and business operations as a key link. Adhering to the working principle of “focusing on development through Party building and using strong Party building to drive development,” the committee has launched the “Four Brightness” initiative for Party building—using “showing one’s identity to establish a positive image; highlighting gaps to strive for excellence and take the lead; demonstrating commitment to service and building a harmonious society; and making clear commitments to fulfill duties and responsibilities” as practical platforms. This initiative fully leverages the role of Party branches as fighting fortresses and exemplary vanguards, educating and guiding all Party members to consciously focus on the central tasks and contribute wholeheartedly to the overall situation, thus striving with dedication and achieving remarkable accomplishments in advancing the enterprise toward its goal of “double strength.”
To clearly identify themselves, the Party Committee of the company has established “Party Member Pioneer Posts” and “Party Member Model Posts,” placing them in various positions across departments and workshops—in the form of “wall stickers and desk displays”—to encourage and promote the regular display of party member name cards, wearing of party member badges, and posting of party member signs. This initiative aims to strengthen party member awareness, present a positive image, and voluntarily submit to supervision by the general public, service recipients, and the Party organization.
Highlight the gaps: By earnestly carrying out activities aimed at pioneering and striving for excellence, Party members can identify their own shortcomings and compare them with those of advanced role models. They can then engage in targeted training and learning to enhance their skills, capabilities, and innovative abilities, thereby further elevating their overall quality and competence. This will strengthen Party members’ sense of honor and mission, enabling them to truly play a leading and exemplary role.
The "Bright Service" initiative, guided by the principle of "volunteer service takes the lead and serving society comes first," organizes Party members to participate in ongoing volunteer activities such as "voluntary blood donation" and "visiting and comforting workers in need." It also provides public-service initiatives like safe medication guidance and support for targeted poverty alleviation, actively fulfilling social responsibilities.
We make a commitment: In line with the company’s innovation-driven development and annual business objectives, we will, on a Party branch basis, have Party members sign annual commitment letters. These commitments will combine common commitments, job-specific commitments, and practical action commitments, thereby embodying the “four stresses and four haves” standards for Communist Party members.
The "Four Brights" initiative represents a further implementation and deepening of the "Two Studies, One Action" study-and-education campaign. It is also a concrete measure to take the study-and-education efforts to a deeper level. The successful implementation of this initiative has enhanced party members' sense of honor and pride, and has powerfully boosted the company's high-quality development.
