On the morning of April 29, the Hebei Province Commendation Conference for Model Workers, Advanced Workers, and Advanced Collectives was held in Shijiazhuang. Su Xuejun, General Manager of the company, was honored with the title of Model Worker of Hebei Province and received a warm welcome from provincial leaders.

Su Xuejun, currently serving as the company’s General Manager, has been awarded the Hebei Province May Day Labor Medal. In recent years, under the leadership of the Board of Directors, Su Xuejun has guided the company to persistently pursue a path of innovative and green development. With his exceptional skills in production and operational management, he has united and led the company’s employees to transform it into a publicly listed company with strong capabilities in the domestic pharmaceutical industry, as well as a major domestic base for the production, R&D, and export of large-volume intravenous solutions. He has vigorously implemented differentiated business strategies, diversified operations to break away from low-level competitive practices, and established a foothold in the mid-to-high-end market. The company’s products now reach across China and are exported to 70 countries and regions, placing it among the top 100 Chinese pharmaceutical companies and the top 10 Chinese enterprises in chemical pharmaceutical preparations exports. Moreover, with a strategic vision, he has spearheaded the establishment of a National Enterprise Technology Center, a National-Local Joint Laboratory, an Academician Workstation, a Postdoctoral Research Station, and a Nobel Prize Workstation, continuously enhancing the company’s core competitiveness. Over the past five years, the company has cumulatively paid over 1 billion yuan in taxes, ranking among the leading pharmaceutical enterprises in the province. It has also created more than 2,000 jobs and successfully ascended to the ranks of China’s Top 100 Pharmaceutical Companies and the province’s leading enterprise in the pharmaceutical industry. The company has received numerous recognitions, including designation as a High-Tech Enterprise and the Provincial Quality Award, thus embarking on a new journey toward high-quality development.

At the commendation conference, Wang Dongfeng, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, the Provincial Government, and the Provincial Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, extended festive greetings to all workers across the province and expressed warm congratulations and profound respect to the honored model workers, advanced workers, and outstanding collectives.

Wang Dongfeng pointed out that since the 19th National Congress of the CPC, under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, Hebei has achieved remarkable results in reform, development, and stability. In the new era, we have taken solid steps toward fully building a strong economic province and a beautiful Hebei. These achievements are the result of the firm leadership of the Party Central Committee and the joint efforts of the vast number of Party members, cadres, and the general public. In particular, model workers, advanced collectives, and outstanding workers have made arduous efforts and made significant contributions to the construction of a strong economic province and a beautiful Hebei. We hope that all model workers and outstanding workers across the province will cherish their honors, keep up their good work, carry on their efforts with renewed vigor, and continue to achieve even greater accomplishments. All levels throughout the province should learn from these model workers and exemplary figures, strive to emulate them, compete vigorously, and take the lead, thus composing a new-era anthem for workers.

Wang Dongfeng emphasized that we must uphold the correct political direction and resolutely maintain high consistency with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core. We should consciously practice the “Four Consciousnesses,” firmly uphold the “Four Confidences,” and unswervingly safeguard the “Two Upholds.” We must continuously intensify efforts to study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, making genuine efforts to understand it thoroughly, master it deeply, and put it into practice effectively. We must resolutely serve as a strong political “moat” safeguarding the capital and tirelessly strive toward the realization of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Xu Qin said he hopes that workers across all fronts in the province will firmly uphold their political stance, resolutely strengthen their “four consciousnesses,” and faithfully practice the “two safeguards.” They should thoroughly understand, master, and put into practice Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, unswervingly listen to the Party and follow its lead, and forever preserve the political essence of the working class. They should also enhance their sense of responsibility and commitment, actively engage in the vigorous practice of implementing major national strategies and building a strong, beautiful Hebei Province with an owner’s spirit, leveraging their professional expertise and contributing their wisdom and strength. Moreover, they should promote positive values and set a good example for society, consciously practicing the core socialist values, learning from the advanced, and valuing practical action, thus injecting new momentum and positive energy into high-quality development in the new era. Finally, they should intensify their study and practical experience, hone their skills to perfection, and become knowledge-based, skill-based, and innovation-driven workers.
