Recently, we received good news from the municipal government: our company’s high-tech zone plant has been awarded the title of “Municipal Garden-Style Unit.” The selection process for Municipal Garden-Style Units is initiated by applications from various organizations and is determined through on-site evaluations conducted by a panel of expert reviewers, following the “Standards for Garden-Style Units, Garden-Style Residential Communities, and Garden-Style Streets” as well as the corresponding selection procedures. The evaluation criteria are extremely stringent. To be eligible for the award, applicant units must not only meet the prescribed requirements for green space area and coverage rate but also satisfy specific plant-configuration standards, such as “having flowers in three seasons, remaining evergreen throughout the four seasons, and demonstrating a high level of horticultural artistry.” In recent years, in order to enhance the company’s image and beautify its production and working environments, our company has continuously strengthened its corporate greening efforts and maintenance management. We have steadily increased our annual investment, adopted site-specific approaches, and implemented scientific planning, actively carrying out greening and beautification initiatives. As a result, our company’s green features have become even more distinctive, its cultural and humanistic depth has grown richer, and our long-term management mechanisms have proven increasingly effective. Overall, our trees and flowers are beautifully arranged, thrive vigorously, and remain evergreen throughout the year, creating a garden-like working environment for our employees and significantly boosting both the company’s reputation and employees’ sense of belonging. Currently, our company’s green space covers an area of 50,000 square meters.
