After passing the preliminary written test, nine teams—each consisting of 27 employees who had been selected—stepped onto the stage with high spirits, ready to compete fiercely for the ultimate victory.

In the multi-functional auditorium of Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical Group’s Shijiazhuang Economic Development Zone, a heated competition on production safety knowledge—testing both the depth of participants’ grasp of safety principles and their reaction speed—was underway.

The content is rich and widely comprehensive. The competition includes several rounds, including mandatory questions, buzzer questions, and risk questions, as well as a round for audience participation through quick-response challenges. This multi-dimensional approach helps reinforce basic safety knowledge and enhance practical application skills.
At the competition venue, all participating employees were full of energy and enthusiasm, each demonstrating a competitive spirit, a keen sense of urgency, and an unwavering determination to win. Throughout the event, they remained calm and composed, working closely and seamlessly together. The sound of buzzer buttons ringing out one after another created an exceptionally tense and intense atmosphere, as a thrilling “battle for supremacy” unfolded before everyone’s eyes. During the audience Q&A session, employees in attendance eagerly raised their hands, vying to answer questions, showcasing their excellent mental attitude and solid knowledge of safety practices. The entire competition was marked by a vibrant atmosphere, with constant peaks of excitement and a wealth of exciting moments. The audience below repeatedly erupted into enthusiastic applause.
After a fiercely competitive showdown, the team from the Storage and Transportation Department ultimately took first place. The teams from the Property Management Department and Workshop 208 won second place, while the teams from Workshops 105, 103, and 203 secured third place. After the event concluded, employees expressed that the competition had been both intense and exciting. It not only enhanced their sense of teamwork but also reinforced their theoretical knowledge of safety. Moving forward, they will continue to strengthen their awareness of red-line regulations, improve their safety literacy, and help propel the Group’s work on safe production to a new level.
It is reported that since the launch of “Safety Production Month,” the group has continuously strengthened safety awareness among all employees by organizing a variety of activities, including the First-Responsible Person’s Safety Initiative and Pledge Campaign, a Safety Knowledge Competition, specialized training on emergency response procedures, targeted emergency preparedness drills, skill competitions for specialized workers, essay contests on safety production themes, and a “Snap It—Spot Safety Hazards” initiative. Through these multifaceted efforts, the group is firmly building a robust “safety barrier.”
