On June 12, a special skills competition focused on electrician techniques and safety practices kicked off, with electricians from various workshops showcasing their expertise. Amidst an intense and competitive atmosphere, the contestants were fully immersed in the competition—sometimes holding their breath as they carefully tested equipment, other times calmly and confidently tying up wires. They meticulously performed insulation tests, tightened screws, and connected circuits, step by step completing the circuit wiring tasks required by the competition. Throughout the process, they demonstrated both their technical skills and adherence to safety principles with remarkable efficiency and precision. It is reported that this special skills competition is one of the series of events organized by the group as part of its “Safety Production Month.”

Amidst a highly competitive atmosphere, the contestants were fully immersed in the competition, sometimes holding their breath as they tested equipment, and at other times calmly and confidently tying up wires. They meticulously performed insulation tests, tightened screws, and connected circuits—step by step completing the circuit wiring tasks required by the competition. Throughout the process, they demonstrated both their technical skills and adherence to safety guidelines with remarkable efficiency and precision. It is reported that this special skills competition is one of the events in the group’s “Safety Production Month” series.

This June marks the 22nd National “Safety Production Month,” with the theme “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies.” Since the launch of “Safety Production Month,” the Group has, in line with the theme and based on the actual situation of its safety production work, formulated and issued an activity plan for “Safety Production Month.” It has actively organized and carried out a variety of “Safety Production Month” activities, taking multiple measures to ensure that the “field of responsibility” for safety production is cultivated effectively.

According to the introduction, the Group’s “Safety Production Month” is divided into four phases: a publicity and mobilization phase, a safety education and hazard identification & remediation phase, a safety culture phase, and an inspection and acceptance phase. During this period, we will extensively carry out safety awareness campaigns throughout the plant—into workshops, teams, and workgroups—by hanging safety slogans and banners and leveraging platforms such as the company newspaper and WeChat official accounts, thus singing the main theme of safe development. At the same time, we will organize comprehensive safety training for all employees on topics including the safety production responsibility system, the Safety Production Law, and the management measures for emergency response plans for production accidents. We will also hold safety education activities such as “Everyone Talks About Safety Production” and “Five Minutes Before Meetings,” during which employees will share their insights, experiences, best practices, and lessons learned from safety production work, thereby ensuring that safety warnings and education truly resonate with everyone. Furthermore, we will actively encourage employees to identify hazards around them through videos and casual photography, conducting thorough self-inspections and self-corrections targeting key areas prone to accidents. By engaging all employees in identifying safety hazards, we aim to plug loopholes in the production site and solidify the foundation of safety management. In addition, during the “Safety Production Month,” we will also organize various activities, including safety knowledge competitions, large-scale fire drills, special trade skill competitions, essays on safety production, and practical skill demonstrations for specialized workers, creating a positive corporate atmosphere in which all employees learn about safety, promote safety, enhance safety awareness, and safeguard safety.

Relevant officials responsible for enterprise safety production stated that they will take the “Safety Production Month” as an opportunity, closely focusing on the theme of “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies,” and continue to carry out vigorous and effective safety production publicity and education activities. This will help promote the implementation of a comprehensive safety production responsibility system, enhance workers’ safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, strengthen the sense of “bottom lines” and “red lines” for enterprise safety production, foster a safe and healthy production environment, and support the enterprise’s high-quality development.
