On August 11, Peng Xuehai, Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, and his delegation visited key park enterprises—including Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group—accompanied by Ren Shiqiang, Deputy Director of the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, to conduct an inspection and research aimed at deepening industrial collaboration and exchanges with Hebei Province.
On August 11, Peng Xuehai, Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, along with a delegation, visited key park enterprises such as Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group, accompanied by Ren Shiqiang, Deputy Director of the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, to conduct an inspection and research aimed at deepening industrial alignment and exchanges with Hebei Province.
Peng Xuehai and his delegation visited the R&D Center of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group in the Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone. Wu Hengyao, President of the Group, provided Peng Xuehai and his delegation with a detailed introduction to the company’s scientific research and innovation efforts, production and operations, project construction, and industrial planning. Peng Xuehai expressed his appreciation for the Group’s remarkable achievements and effective practices in seizing the opportunities presented by the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, leveraging its industrial strengths, accelerating the promotion of innovative, green, and high-quality development, and continuously striving to become stronger, bigger, and better.
It is reported that during their stay in Hebei, Peng Xuehai and his delegation held a working symposium with relevant officials from the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. Peng Xuehai stated that in mid-July, the top leaders of the industrial and information technology departments from Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei jointly signed the “Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Jointly Building Advanced Manufacturing Clusters and Promoting Industrial Synergy” in Xiong'an. This symposium was convened precisely to thoroughly implement the spirit of the cooperation agreement and the requirements set forth by the top leaders of the three regions, further consolidate the achievements of cooperation among the industrial and information technology departments of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, and advance follow-up coordination efforts. Given that Beijing and Hebei are at different stages of development and face distinct challenges, Beijing’s economic development has entered a critical phase of structural adjustment. In terms of industrial supporting facilities and the acceptance of industrial transfers, Beijing urgently needs strong support from Hebei. Peng Xuehai expressed the hope that Beijing and Hebei could work together to deepen the coordinated layout of industrial chains, jointly explore cooperative mechanisms, and achieve complementary advantages between the two regions.
