Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hebei Province announced the list of key cultivation projects for innovative development of the provincial industrial internet in 2022. The intelligent upgrading project for high-end active pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturing at Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Siyao Group, was included on the list of key cultivation projects.
Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hebei Province announced the list of key projects for the 2022 provincial industrial internet innovation and development that will receive focused support. The intelligent upgrading project for high-end active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing at Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Siyao Group, was included on the list of key projects for cultivation.
It is reported that, in order to implement our province’s strategic decisions and arrangements for deepening the integration of next-generation information technology with manufacturing development and to promote innovative development of the industrial internet across the province, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has launched a key cultivation project for the innovative development of the industrial internet. This initiative aims to accelerate the digital, networked, and intelligent transformation of our province’s manufacturing sector and provide strong support for the upgrading and transformation of the industrial economy as well as for high-quality economic development.
According to the introduction, the Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient High-end Manufacturing Intelligent Upgrade Project involves automating and intelligently upgrading the existing production equipment at the plant site. After the project is implemented, it will achieve automated, digitized production with comprehensive, real-time safety monitoring throughout the entire process. Key safety management elements—such as the operation of the dual-control mechanism, analysis of employee behavior, and detection of flammable gases—will be monitored in real time. The warehousing and production systems, as well as the logistics center, will be seamlessly integrated. Moreover, by deploying firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and data leakage protection devices and security policies, the project will maximize information security, effectively control the informationization of production and business operations, and promote improvements in both production efficiency and management effectiveness.
