In the height of summer, when all things are in full bloom, the new biofilm plant of Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group, is adorned with colorful flags and exudes an atmosphere of excitement. On July 8, the grand ceremony marking Bosheng Medical’s listing on the Innovation Board and the groundbreaking of the biofilm workshop was held here. Attending the ceremony were Yao Qunyin, Member of the Standing Committee of Xinghua Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Dainan Town Party Committee, and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Zone; Zhang Wei, Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Xinghua Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee, Member of the Dainan Town Party Committee, and Chairman of the People’s Congress; Shao Xudong, Chairman and General Manager of the Pharmaceutical Economic Daily; Wu Hengyao, President of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group; Meng Guo, Executive President; Zhang Luyi, Secretary of the Party Branch of Jiangsu Bosheng Shares; Zhang Guozhen, Chairman of the Board; and Li Ligong, General Manager.

Around 9 a.m., amid the celebratory sounds of firecrackers and cheerful music, Yao Qunyin, Zhang Wei, Shao Xudong, Wu Hengyao, Meng Guo, Zhang Lüyi, and Zhang Guozhen jointly cut the ribbon to mark the listing of Bosheng Medical Devices on the Innovation Board and to officially commence construction of the biomembrane workshop.

It is reported that the application for listing and public transfer of shares of Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. has been reviewed and approved by the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Company, and the company was officially listed on the Innovation Layer of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations System starting July 7, 2022. The stock abbreviation is “Bosheng Medtech,” the stock code is 873710, and the total share capital is 213,500,000 shares.

At the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Zhang Guozhen, Chairman of Bosheng Medical Devices, delivered an enthusiastic speech, warmly welcoming leaders at all levels, guests, and friends from the media who had attended the event. After the ceremony, the leaders and guests attending the event jointly visited the newly completed multi-layer co-extrusion film workshop. A reporter from the Pharmaceutical Economic Daily conducted an exclusive interview with a senior official from Bosheng Medical Devices.

It is understood that the newly completed and put-into-operation 6,000-ton medical multilayer co-extruded film project is one of the 13 key hundred-million-yuan projects in Xinghua City for 2020. The production line employs an internationally advanced, complete set of specialized biofilm production technology. The main products include multilayer co-extruded biofilms and high-end medical film materials, which are widely used in fields such as cell culture, vaccine research and development, and biopharmaceuticals. These products can serve as substitutes for imported ones.
