Bai Runzhang, Executive Deputy Director of the Provincial Care for the Next Generation Working Committee, visited Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical Group for a research visit.

On May 26, Bai Runzhang, Executive Deputy Director of the Hebei Provincial Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, and Yun Changqing, a First-Level Researcher at the Office of the Provincial Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, along with their delegation, visited Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group to conduct research and provide guidance on work related to caring for the next generation. They were accompanied by Wang Huaqing, Director of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, and Yuan Yanguang, Executive Deputy Director of the Municipal Committee. Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors, Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, and Song Mingxia, Chairwoman of the Trade Union and Executive Deputy Director of the Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, also joined the visit.

Bai Runzhang and his delegation conducted on-site inspections of the R&D center of Shisi Pharmaceutical Group and the R&D studio of the Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, and listened carefully to briefings on the company’s R&D innovation and business development. Bai Runzhang highly praised the remarkable achievements made by Qu Jiguang, the group’s leader, who has led the staff through hard work and leveraged innovation-driven approaches to play a leading role in the industry.

At the symposium, Shi Jianhui briefed the provincial Commission for Care of the Next Generation’s research team on the company’s valuable experiences and practices in carrying out the work of the Commission for Care of the Next Generation around the theme of “Caring for the Growth and Development of Young Workers and Serving the Healthy Development of the Enterprise.” In recent years, the Group’s Commission for Care of the Next Generation has, in light of the younger age structure of its workforce, adhered to the working principle of “addressing the urgent needs of the enterprise, meeting the needs of young workers, and doing everything within the Commission’s power.” It has delved deeply into exploring new approaches, methods, and channels for conducting ideological and political education among young people under the new circumstances. By leveraging the “Party building leading the care of the next generation,” harnessing the role of the “Five Elders,” innovating work platforms and tools, and providing targeted support for the growth and development of young people, the Commission has been serving the overall interests of the enterprise.

Bai Runzhang pointed out that Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Group attaches great importance to work related to the next generation, places great emphasis on tapping into the company’s red culture, and highlights the inheritance of its red genes. In particular, the group has fully leveraged the role of the “Five Elders” in building an innovative talent pool, seamlessly integrating moral cultivation, character development, and the training of high-quality professional personnel, thus forging a distinctive working approach. Doing a good job in the work of the Care for the Next Generation Committees carries profound significance and is an unparalleled honor. All levels of the Care for the Next Generation Committees must strengthen their “four consciousnesses,” firmly uphold their “four self-confidences,” and resolutely practice the “two safeguards.” They must continuously enhance their sense of responsibility and mission in caring for the next generation, adhere to serving the overall interests of the Party and the country, actively cooperate and take the initiative, identify key areas and focal points for their work, and strive to carry out this work effectively, with distinctive features and tangible results, thereby lending strength and brilliance to the central tasks of the Party and the country.
