On May 20, Wang Huaqing, Director of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Committee for Caring for the Next Generation; Fu Shiwu and Yuan Yanguang, Executive Deputy Directors of the Municipal Committee for Caring for the Next Generation; and Zhang Yan, Deputy Head of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Bureau of Senior Cadres, visited Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical Group to learn about the implementation of work aimed at caring for the next generation. Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors; Su Xuejun, Chairman of the Board; Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Party Committee; and Song Mingxia, Chairwoman of the Trade Union, accompanied the delegation on the visit.

On May 20, Wang Huaqing, Director of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Committee for Caring for the Next Generation; Fu Shiwu and Yuan Yanguang, Executive Deputy Directors of the Municipal Committee for Caring for the Next Generation; and Zhang Yan, Deputy Minister of the Municipal Party Committee’s Organization Department and Director of the Bureau of Senior Cadres, visited Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group to learn about the implementation of work aimed at caring for the next generation. Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors; Su Xuejun, Chairman of the Board; Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Party Committee; and Song Mingxia, Chairwoman of the Trade Union, accompanied the delegation on the visit.

At the Group’s R&D Center, the research team conducted an on-site inspection of the company’s instrumental analysis laboratory and listened carefully to briefings on the company’s R&D innovation, industrial layout, and business development. Wang Huaqing and his delegation fully affirmed Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical’s pioneering spirit and innovative approach, and highly praised the remarkable achievements the company has made in recent years under the leadership of its visionary leader, Qu Jiguang—achievements that have brought about a “complete transformation and rapid, continuous progress.” Wang Huaqing and his delegation also thoroughly examined the R&D Center’s studio established by the Group’s Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, gaining detailed insights into the implementation of initiatives such as “‘Ping’ Language Brings People Closer to Enterprises,” Party history study and education, the “Party Building Leading Key Areas” model, and the effective role played by the “Five Elders.”

At the subsequent symposium, Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, reported on the company’s practices in caring for the growth and development of young employees and serving the overall interests of the enterprise. In response to the increasingly youthful demographic among enterprise employees, the Party Committee has continuously elevated its political awareness and strengthened its sense of responsibility. With the assistance of the Municipal Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, the company took the lead among private enterprises in the city by establishing a Committee for Caring for the Next Generation. The company has actively explored new approaches, methods, and channels for carrying out ideological and political education among young employees under the new circumstances. By leveraging “Party building to drive care-building,” harnessing the role of the “Five Elders,” innovating work platforms and tools, and proactively cultivating a new generation of young workers who are idealistic, firmly committed to their beliefs, technically proficient, innovative, willing to take responsibility, and dedicated to service.

“Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical has taken proactive, solid, and effective measures in its work to care for the next generation.” At the meeting, Wang Huaqing highly praised the enterprise’s work of the Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, stating that the experience of Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical’s Committee is worth learning from and promoting. He also encouraged the enterprise to deepen Party history education among young employees, vigorously carry forward the red gene, continuously optimize the environment for the growth and development of young employees, and create a strong atmosphere of caring for the next generation. Furthermore, he urged the enterprise to steadily advance the “Five Elders’ Care” project, continuously deepen the project of inheriting the red gene, and tell the “Xibaipo Story,” the “Zhengding Story,” and the “Shijiazhuang Story” well. With a high degree of political awareness, we must fully implement the Party’s new requirements for caring for the next generation in the new era, constantly open up new prospects in this work, and greet the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with outstanding achievements.
