On the occasion of the 44th National Tree-Planting Day, Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Group, launched its first “I Add Greenery to Guangxiang” tree-planting and landscaping initiative aimed at beautifying the company’s premises.
The spring breeze is urging new greenery to sprout, making this the perfect time for tree planting. As the nation approaches its 44th Tree-Planting Day, Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, part of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group, has launched its first “I Add Greenery to Guangxiang” themed event—a campaign focused on tree planting and landscaping to beautify the company’s premises.
The tree-planting activity was carried out amid cheerful laughter and lively chatter. More than 30 employees from various workshops and departments rolled up their sleeves, joined forces, and worked together in coordinated teams—forming groups of three or five. Some carried saplings, others wielded shovels to dig holes, some filled the holes with soil and straightened the trees, and still others watered the newly planted seedlings... Each step of the process flowed smoothly and was executed with meticulous order. Throughout the tree-planting session, every employee was brimming with enthusiasm. After a vigorous and energetic effort, one by one, vibrant cedar, juniper, crabapple, pomegranate, weeping willow, and Chinese tallow trees have now taken root in the green spaces within the factory grounds, standing tall and proud against the breeze. They add vitality to the bright spring scenery, creating a stunning and picturesque landscape.
“Let’s add a touch of green to Guangxiang and contribute our small part to environmental protection. Planting new saplings means reaping hope,” said Zhang Di with a smile as she hung care tags bearing her own name on the seedlings.
