The Congress of Party Members of the Committee of the Communist Party of China at Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was successfully held.

On July 18, the Congress of Party Members of the Committee of the Communist Party of China at Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was solemnly held.

The Congress firmly upholds the great banner of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, comprehensively implements the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC and all subsequent plenary sessions of the CPC Central Committee, closely focuses on the general requirements for Party building in the new era, carefully summarizes the Party committee’s major work over the past five years, and earnestly plans and deploys the key tasks for the new era. The Congress elected a new committee and a disciplinary inspection committee for the Communist Party of China Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

The atmosphere at the meeting was solemn yet enthusiastic. All 62 Party member delegates were present, bearing the hopes and trust of all Communist Party members within the company as they jointly discussed the company’s development strategy and drew up an ambitious blueprint for its future. Wei Wenliang presided over the meeting.

The conference was solemnly opened to the sound of the majestic national anthem of the People’s Republic of China. Shi Jianhui delivered a Party Committee work report titled “Implementing the New Development Philosophy and Promoting Innovative, Green, and High-Quality Development of the Enterprise.” The report comprehensively reviewed the Party Committee’s work and achievements over the past five years from various perspectives, including Party building within the company, innovative development, talent team building, corporate culture development, and leveraging the role of mass organizations. The company’s Party Committee has consistently adhered to the principle of “focusing on development through Party building and using strong Party building to drive development,” taking production and operations as the central focus. It has effectively integrated and incorporated Party building into all aspects of enterprise work, using the red banner to guide the direction of development, red management to stimulate intrinsic motivation, a red team to solidify the core of our endeavors, and a warm red spirit to inspire enthusiasm for struggle. Through effective Party building efforts, the company has propelled its development to a new level. As we embark on this new journey forward, the company’s Party Committee has clearly defined the directions for future efforts: First, strengthen Party organization building and continuously uphold the Party’s advanced nature; second, adhere to the principle of Party leadership in talent management and enhance both the talent pool and employee development; third, persistently implement the new development philosophy and continually bolster the enterprise’s competitive strength. Remaining true to our original aspirations and keeping our mission firmly in mind, we will strive to secure greater well-being for our employees and continuously push the company’s innovative development to new heights.

Song Mingxia delivered to the congress a work report by the Discipline Inspection Commission titled “Fulfilling Political Responsibilities and Providing Disciplinary Guarantees for the Company’s High-Quality Development.” Huang Xiaofeng presented to the congress a report on the collection and use of Party membership dues.

The congress voted to adopt the reports on the work of the Party Committee and the Discipline Inspection Commission, as well as the report on the collection and use of party membership dues. At the same time, the congress also voted to adopt the election procedures for the congress, the list of candidate committee members, and the lists of poll watchers and vote counters.

After careful and thorough deliberations by the Party member representatives, the new members of the Party Committee and the new members of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were elected through a method of differential election and secret ballot. Shi Jianhui, Su Xuejun, Wu Hengyao, Song Mingxia, and Wei Wenliang were elected as members of the new Party Committee of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; Wang Chunfa, Song Mingxia, and Huang Xiaofeng were elected as members of the new Discipline Inspection Commission of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and their appointments have been submitted to the higher-level Party organization for record.

Wu Hengyao delivered a statement on behalf of the newly elected members of the Party Committee. He stated that, in future Party-building work, they would remain true to their original aspirations and mission, closely align with the actual conditions of the enterprise, and focus tightly on the company’s core tasks. They would liberate their minds, boost morale, and unite and lead all Party members and employees to concentrate wholeheartedly on development and implement tasks without distraction. With a fresh outlook and renewed vigor, they would steadily advance all aspects of the company’s reform and development initiatives. Through new actions and outstanding achievements, they would tirelessly strive to promote the company’s high-quality development, build a first-class innovative enterprise, and comprehensively enhance the sense of happiness and fulfillment among all employees.

In his closing remarks, Su Xuejun emphasized that this was a congress marked by unity, encouragement, and a renewed spirit of pioneering and progress. We must uphold the Party’s basic line and guiding policies, conscientiously implement all resolutions adopted at the congress, and closely align the goals and tasks proposed at the company’s Party Congress with the key work priorities set forth for 2020. By strengthening our focus on problem-solving, goal-oriented approaches, and results-driven outcomes, and by fostering a spirit of self-renewal and combativeness, we must ensure that our thinking keeps pace with the times and our mindset evolves in step with ongoing transformations, thus making new contributions to the company’s high-quality development!

The Congress calls upon us to pool our strength for high-quality development, unite even more closely around the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, earnestly implement the new development philosophy, shoulder the mission of development in the new era, seize opportunities, bravely meet challenges, and with unwavering conviction and an indomitable spirit, strive to write a new chapter in enterprise reform and development, and celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party with outstanding achievements!

Around 11 a.m., the conference successfully concluded all its agenda items and closed triumphantly to the rousing strains of the “International Anthem.”
