In 2018, faced with new situations and changes in policies—including industrial and healthcare reforms—as well as evolving market dynamics, the company adhered to the new development philosophy, focused on key priorities, addressed weak links, seized opportunities, took concrete actions, and rose to challenges head-on. In 2018, Shijiazhuang’s economy continued to flourish, and the city’s total tax and fee revenue surpassed the 100-billion-yuan mark for the first time. Private enterprises played an indispensable role, accounting for half of the city’s total tax revenue. Among them, the top 100 private enterprises recognized for their tax contributions accounted for 14% of the city’s total tax revenue, laying a solid fiscal foundation for enhancing the capital’s radiating and driving effects and accelerating the construction of a modern provincial capital city.
