On November 22, Wang Jinshan, Secretary of the Gaocheng District Committee of Shijiazhuang City, led a special team to conduct an on-site investigation into the pharmaceutical industry park project of Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., part of Shijiazhuang Siyao Group. Wu Gaiqiu, Deputy Secretary of the Gaocheng District Committee, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone, along with other district leaders, also participated in the调研 activity.
To further promote the high-quality development of the Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone, enhance its quality and efficiency, and embark on a second phase of entrepreneurship, on November 22, Wang Jinshan, Secretary of the Gaocheng District Committee of Shijiazhuang City, led a special delegation to conduct an in-depth field investigation at the pharmaceutical industry park project site of Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., part of Shijiazhuang Siyao Group. At the construction site of the Guolong Pharmaceutical project, workers on various work fronts are diligently carrying out construction. Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Group, briefed Wang Jinshan and his delegation on the overall progress of the project. Wang Jinshan remarked that every time he visits the Guolong Pharmaceutical construction site, he sees new changes and senses a fresh atmosphere. He expressed his appreciation for Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Group’s commitment to implementing the “projects first” principle and its efficient and safe approach to advancing the project construction.
At the subsequent meeting on boosting high-quality development and enhancing the quality of the Shijiazhuang Economic Development Zone, Wang Jinshan emphasized that the zone’s second entrepreneurial journey represents a strategic move for the entire region and is crucial to the overall situation. The Economic Development Zone is the primary platform, main battlefield, key force, and driving engine for Gaocheng’s development. We must strengthen the understanding that developing the Economic Development Zone means developing Gaocheng itself—that when the Economic Development Zone thrives, so does Gaocheng. The intensity of the Economic Development Zone’s growth determines the temperature of Gaocheng’s development; the strength of its growth determines the extent of Gaocheng’s development; and the vision and ambition of the Economic Development Zone determine Gaocheng’s height.
Wang Jinshan called for concentrating efforts, pooling resources, and integrating policies to support the development of the Economic Development Zone. It is essential to strengthen forward-looking thinking, systematic planning, strategic positioning, and holistic advancement—while also engaging in self-reform and turning the blade inward. We must accelerate our ability to overtake others by taking advantage of opportunities, speed up the formation of an economic development zone characterized by a rational spatial layout, thriving industrial clusters, intensive resource utilization, distinctive competitive advantages, and robust growth momentum. Through practical, swift, and vigorous action, we should fully ignite entrepreneurial passion, build a development zone that leads the entire province and ranks among the best nationwide, and take the lead in multiple areas, serving as a model and trailblazer for the whole province.
Wang Jinshan emphasized that we must make the project the top priority and create a first-class environment. We need to strengthen “user-oriented thinking,” go deeper into enterprises more often, listen carefully to their needs, and fully play the roles of “shop assistants” and “service providers.” By offering services that are both caring, professional, and efficient, we can truly bring to life the philosophy that investing in Gaocheng means everything will succeed.
