On November 19, Li Keliang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Party Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor, visited the Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone to conduct research on key enterprise projects, production safety, fire safety, and other related work, and to inspect and supervise various assigned tasks.
During the research visit, Li Keliang and his delegation went deep into the production workshops of Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Group, conducted on-site inspections of safety production and fire safety efforts, carefully listened to reports on related work, and thoroughly inquired with Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Group, about the company’s current operational and developmental status. They gained a deeper understanding of the current situation and strengths of the enterprises under the paired assistance program, as well as the difficulties and challenges encountered during their development.
Li Keliang pointed out that in pursuing economic development, we must first firmly establish the principle of "safe production." We need to intensify efforts to identify and rectify key areas of safety production, with particular emphasis on fully implementing fire safety measures to ensure that no major safety incidents occur. At the same time, for the difficulties and problems encountered by enterprises, we must propose precise and effective solutions, strengthen coordination and collaboration, supervise the implementation of these measures, and promote the successful realization of various project goals.
Li Keliang emphasized that, in terms of economic development, we must take the initiative and make every effort to ensure stable economic performance, accelerate project construction, and vigorously promote project development. We should earnestly help private enterprises overcome difficulties, enhance their quality and efficiency, and effectively implement various business-friendly policies at the provincial and municipal levels. By bridging the "last mile" in policy implementation, we can boost enterprises’ sense of gain, further unleash the innovative potential of the private economy, and invigorate entrepreneurial vitality. We should focus on enterprise R&D, driving new breakthroughs in areas such as innovative technology platforms, industry-academia-research cooperation, and the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, thereby providing strong support for promoting high-quality development of the provincial capital.
