Recently, the General Office of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions issued the “Decision on Commending Employees’ Technological Achievements,” awarding the All-China Federation of Trade Unions’ Employee Technological Achievement Award to 100 outstanding achievements that emerged from the 6th National Exchange Event for Excellent Employee Technological Innovation. Among these awards, there were 3 first-place awards, 15 second-place awards, and 82 excellence awards. The project “Development and Industrialization of Key Technologies for Vertical Polypropylene Infusion Solutions,” selected and recommended by the Hebei Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and completed by Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., was recognized as an Excellent Employee Technological Achievement Award by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions.

The research project on the development and industrialization of key technologies for upright polypropylene infusion solutions has spanned eight years. During this period, comprehensive and systematic studies were conducted on the integrated processes, equipment, and materials related to upright bag infusions and their packaging materials, enabling a significant leap in product quality and providing clinicians with safer upright bag infusion products. This project has also served as an excellent model for the industry. The technological achievements have resulted in four invention patents and the establishment of eight pharmaceutical standards. In 2020, this project was awarded second prize in the provincial-level exchange event for outstanding employee technological innovation achievements and the Employee Innovation Competition, jointly organized by the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and the Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
It is reported that the National Exchange Event for Outstanding Technological Innovation Achievements by Workers is jointly organized by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. The event was launched in 2004 and is held every three years. To date, 426 achievements have been recognized and honored.
The “Decision” issued by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions calls upon the comrades who have been honored to cherish their accolades, remain humble and avoid complacency, and continue to uphold the spirit of diligence in innovation and courage in striving. They are urged to stay committed to their posts, work steadily and conscientiously, and pursue continuous self-improvement through hard study and research, thus making new contributions to promoting high-quality development.
