Recently, the Hebei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development released the results of its annual assessment for 2018 regarding provincial-level star-rated parks, gardens, plazas, garden-style units, residential communities (neighborhoods), and streets. The company’s development branch (Gaocheng District) was awarded the title of “Garden-Style Unit” by Hebei Province.

The company’s development branch (Gaocheng District) was awarded the title of “Garden-Style Unit” by Hebei Province.
The provincial-level evaluation of “Garden-Style Units” is a special assessment initiative organized by the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, aimed at implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Sixth Plenary Session of the Ninth Provincial Party Committee, accelerating the advancement of ecological civilization, and promoting high-quality development of urban landscaping and greening. In accordance with the “Measures and Standards for the Selection of Garden-Style Units, Residential Areas (Communities), and Streets in Hebei Province,” the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has organized relevant experts to conduct on-site inspections and acceptance checks of applicant units. After passing the acceptance checks, the units will be uniformly reviewed and officially designated.
