On September 20, Chairman Qu Jiguang visited the construction site of the Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Project in the Port-Industrial Development Zone of Cangzhou Bohai New Area to inspect the on-site progress firsthand. He emphasized the need to ensure construction quality, accelerate the project schedule, and guarantee that all milestone tasks are completed on time and with high quality.

He emphasized the need to ensure construction quality, accelerate the project schedule, and guarantee that all milestone tasks are completed on time, with both quality and quantity met.
During the National Day holiday, Chairman Qu Jiguang once again visited the Guangxiang project one after another. At each construction site he visited, Chairman Qu carefully inquired about the progress and quality of the construction work. After listening to briefings on the project’s construction status and conducting on-site inspections of the construction sites, Chairman Qu immediately convened a meeting on-site to advance the project’s progress. He began by extending warm greetings to all members of the project team and fully acknowledged the achievements made so far in the project’s construction. At the same time, he urged the team to accelerate the completion of various infrastructure facilities, continue their efforts with renewed vigor, and push forward the project’s construction with high quality and efficiency.
Chairman Qu Jiguang emphasized that we must always keep a firm grip on safe production, fully assume our responsibilities, and strictly adhere to construction procedures and contractual requirements. We should carry out construction in a scientific, standardized, and safe manner, promptly address any identified hazards, and—while ensuring the quality of the project—work backward from the deadline to seize the favorable weather conditions in the near term, accelerate construction, and guarantee that the project is completed on time, with both quality and quantity meeting the highest standards. Using the project construction as a platform, we must strive for innovation and breakthroughs in key areas such as quality risk control, ecological protection, safety, and energy conservation. By leveraging advanced technologies and processes to lead industry development, we should speed up the industrialization of innovative achievements and strategically establish an industrial development model featuring “integrated dual wings” of active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished dosage forms. In doing so, we will continuously build competitive advantages and endeavor to turn this project into a model demonstration and high-quality engineering example for green pharmaceutical manufacturing, thereby making significant contributions to the development of the Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone, the Bohai New Area, and the city of Cangzhou!
