On May 10, the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology released the first batch of 2021 list of R&D institutions of industrial enterprises in Hebei Province, with the R&D institution of Shisi Pharmaceutical Group’s Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ranking first on the list.
To promote technological innovation in enterprises and drive high-quality development of the manufacturing sector, industrial enterprises have actively engaged in establishing R&D institutions under the organizational guidance of industrial and information technology authorities at all levels within the province. Following voluntary applications by enterprises and approval by the competent authorities, the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has announced that the R&D institutions of 223 enterprises—including Shisi Pharmaceutical Group Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.—meet the requirements set forth in the “Administrative Measures for the Recognition of R&D Institutions of Industrial Enterprises in Hebei Province.”
The Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has requested that industrial and information technology authorities at all levels across the province step up their guidance and support efforts, promote the upgrading of R&D institutions in industrial enterprises, and guide already-certified enterprises to promptly complete the updating of their R&D institution information. All certified enterprises should continue to increase their R&D investment, foster the development of new products and technologies, and continuously enhance their independent innovation capabilities. Enterprises meeting the relevant criteria may apply for an upgrade.
