On January 16, Hebei Province’s Vice Governor Ge Haijiao visited Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group to inspect the supply and guarantee of epidemic prevention materials and provide guidance on related work. Gong Xiaofeng, Director of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, accompanied the inspection.
As a pharmaceutical supply enterprise, Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical is tasked with ensuring the clinical supply of anti-epidemic drugs and other medical resources for more than 4,000 large and medium-sized hospitals across China, particularly in Hebei Province and Shijiazhuang.
In the Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone, at the oral dosage form production workshop of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group, Chairman Su Xuejun provided a detailed report to Ge Haijiao and his delegation on the production, stockpiling, and logistics of key epidemic prevention materials such as abidor hydrochloride capsules and disinfectants.
Ge Haijiao expressed his appreciation for Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical’s efforts in epidemic prevention and control. He emphasized that we are now at the most critical stage of the battle against the epidemic. Faced with the severe epidemic situation, leading pharmaceutical companies must serve the overall goal of epidemic prevention and control, ramp up production to full capacity, and do their utmost to ensure the stable supply of anti-epidemic drugs and materials.
Ge Haijiao and his delegation also carefully listened to the difficulties that enterprises are facing under the current epidemic situation. He stated that the provincial Party committee and provincial government attach great importance to the operational status of pharmaceutical companies during the epidemic period and will do their utmost to help these companies resolve the practical problems they are confronting.
