Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.’s Ciprofloxacin Lactate Sodium Injection was the first to receive approval from the National Medical Products Administration following the evaluation of generic drug quality and therapeutic equivalence. Ciprofloxacin Lactate Sodium Injection is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used for the treatment or prevention of various types of bacterial infections.

Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.’s Ciprofloxacin Lactate Sodium Injection was the first generic drug to receive approval from the National Medical Products Administration following the evaluation of bioequivalence and therapeutic equivalence. Ciprofloxacin Lactate Sodium Injection is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used for the treatment or prevention of various types of bacterial infections.

According to information from the Yaochunqiu platform, currently a total of 83 manufacturers nationwide (covering 111 production approval numbers) have had their products approved for market launch. As for consistency evaluation, only two companies—including Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical—have begun to make preparations; among them, Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical was the first to complete the evaluation and obtain approval as the first company to pass the assessment.
