The signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation agreement on industry-academia-research collaboration between Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group, Hebei University, and the Hebei Provincial Institute for Drug and Medical Device Inspection was held at Hebei University on December 15. The three parties will establish a strategic partnership in areas such as talent development, resource integration, and industrial cooperation, forming an alliance for collaborative innovation that fosters mutual sharing and interaction of talent, technology, and resources, as well as synergistic cooperation among industry, academia, and research institutions.

The signing of this agreement marks the establishment of a comprehensive, multi-faceted, and long-term cooperative relationship among the university, the college, and the enterprise. The three parties will fully leverage their respective strengths in talent, technology, and resources to engage in deeper cooperation in areas such as co-building industry-academia-research platforms, exchanging and cultivating talent, tackling key research projects, and commercializing scientific and technological achievements. Together, they will strive to achieve complementary advantages, shared benefits, and mutually beneficial cooperation.
At the signing ceremony, a representative from Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group stated that the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement will organically integrate Hebei University and the Hebei Provincial Institute for Drug and Medical Device Inspection’s technological and talent resources, as well as their advanced and mature scientific and technological achievements, with the company’s production conditions and application scenarios. Guided by the principles of “complementary advantages, resource sharing, mutual benefit and win-win outcomes, and common development,” the three parties will engage in deep and substantive cooperation in areas such as research on specialized topics and the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, thereby achieving co-construction and mutual success.

 

It was introduced that Hebei University is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Hebei Province—a “ministry-province co-built” institution—and also one of the first-tier universities in Hebei Province that receive key support for the construction of a world-class university. The university boasts strong academic capabilities, offering 15 first-level doctoral programs, 46 first-level master’s programs, 30 categories of authorized professional master’s degrees, and 95 undergraduate majors, making it one of the universities nationwide with the most comprehensive range of academic disciplines. The Hebei Provincial Institute for Drug and Medical Device Inspection is the only provincial-level statutory testing and inspection agency within the province’s drug regulatory system. It primarily undertakes testing and inspection tasks related to drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, health food, and pharmaceutical packaging materials, and is the province’s sole government-designated statutory testing and inspection agency for drugs, medical devices, and cosmetics.
