The China Pharmaceutical Innovation Night Awards Ceremony was solemnly held at the Hangzhou International Expo Center. During the event, the list of the Top 20 Chinese Pharmaceutical Listed Companies in Competitiveness, the Top 10 Chinese Pharmaceutical Listed Companies in Investment Value, and the Top 100 Chinese Pharmaceutical Innovative Enterprises were announced. Shisi Pharmaceutical Group was named among the Top 20 Chinese Pharmaceutical Listed Companies in Competitiveness by the organizers—a recognition that marks its second inclusion on this list, following its initial selection in 2019.

On the evening of November 28, as the lights began to twinkle along the shores of West Lake, the scenery was breathtakingly beautiful. The highly anticipated 2020 China Pharmaceutical Entrepreneurs, Scientists, and Investors Conference (CHSESI, or “Qisi Conference” for short)—a gathering that has drawn intense attention from both industry and capital markets—held its grand awards ceremony, the "China Pharmaceutical Innovation Night," at the Hangzhou International Expo Center. During the conference, the list of the Top 20 Chinese Pharmaceutical Listed Companies in Terms of Competitiveness, the Top 10 Chinese Pharmaceutical Listed Companies in Investment Value, and the Top 100 Chinese Pharmaceutical Innovative Enterprises were unveiled. Shisi Pharmaceutical Group was recognized by the conference as one of the Top 20 Chinese Pharmaceutical Listed Companies in Terms of Competitiveness—a distinction it earned once again, following its inclusion on the list in 2019.

The China Pharmaceutical Entrepreneurs, Scientists, and Investors Conference is organized by the China Association of Pharmaceutical Enterprise Management, the China Association of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, and the General Office of the Central Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association. As the highest-level, most influential, and largest-scale industry event in China’s pharmaceutical sector, the conference has been held annually since 2009. Upholding its mission to empower innovation and upgrade China’s pharmaceutical industry, the conference brings together entrepreneurs, scientists, and investors, aiming to connect and integrate key innovation elements—including government, enterprises, technology, capital, and clinical practice—thus establishing China’s most authoritative platform for launching innovative pharmaceutical products and building a value-linking ecosystem for the Chinese pharmaceutical industry. The conference has attracted extensive attention from both the domestic pharmaceutical industry and the capital community, generating a strong brand effect.

The selection event for the Top 20 Chinese Pharmaceutical Listed Companies by Competitiveness has been held continuously for 12 sessions to date and has received high recognition within the industry. This selection process involves relevant industry experts who evaluate and score the competitiveness of major pharmaceutical companies listed on domestic and overseas stock exchanges for more than one year, registered in China or whose primary business operations are based in China, with annual revenues exceeding 100 million yuan and possessing a solid credit record. In 2019, Shisi Pharmaceutical Group was included in the Top 20 Chinese Pharmaceutical Listed Companies by Competitiveness list for the first time.

Shi Si Pharmaceutical Group has garnered widespread attention from both product and capital markets for its outstanding performance in the intravenous solution market, marked by meticulous cultivation and vigorous investment in R&D and innovation. As a national demonstration enterprise for technological innovation and a “National Enterprise Center” recognized by five government departments, Shi Si Pharmaceutical Group has in recent years leveraged its own strengths to accelerate the coordinated advancement of generic drug development, innovative drug research, active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) development, and bioequivalence studies for generic drugs.
