On May 12, Zhou Lixin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone, visited Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to supervise and inspect the company’s work on production safety, assess its progress in resuming and reaching full production capacity, and hold a symposium with relevant company officials. Zhang Qunshu, member of the Zone Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee, accompanied him.

Zhang Qunshu, member of the District Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee, accompanied him.
Vice General Managers Wang Chunfa and Wei Wenliang briefed Zhou Lixin and his delegation on the company’s current production and safety management situation. After listening to the briefing, Zhou Lixin stated that Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical’s practice of leveraging technological means to enhance safety production management while seizing development opportunities is worthy of recognition.
Zhou Lixin emphasized that safety production work must never be taken for granted. Enterprises must regard safety production as a lifeline and firmly keep it under their control. In particular, safety management personnel must resolutely overcome complacency, remain constantly vigilant, deeply learn from safety accidents that have occurred in various regions, draw lessons from each incident, and step up efforts to identify and rectify potential hazards, thereby rigorously preventing all kinds of safety accidents. It is essential to improve and refine all safety management systems, strengthen training and education for relevant personnel, and enhance employees’ awareness of safety production as well as their capacity for safety management. The emergency management departments and third-party professional agencies must adhere to a combination of routine supervision and surprise inspections, intensify oversight and inspection efforts, promptly identify and closely monitor the rectification of various safety hazards, and ensure that all aspects of safety production are meticulously implemented and effectively carried out.
Zhou Lixin emphasized that relevant departments should strengthen communication with enterprises, ensure precise alignment and coordination, promptly assist in resolving production and operational issues, and support the development of enterprises within their jurisdictions.
