On May 7, as soon as the quiz with prizes was launched, it immediately captured the attention of employees across the company. After work, employees eagerly picked up their phones and started “cloud quizzes” via the company’s WeChat official account. “Have you taken the quiz yet?” quickly became a new, popular greeting among colleagues when they met each other.
“I’ve already learned all this material during the onboarding training, but I regret not having studied it more carefully back then. Many of the questions left me uncertain, and I wasn’t sure which was the correct answer,” said Wang Yinhua from Workshop 208, scratching his head after submitting his answer sheet on the morning of May 7. “I’d started the exam full of confidence, but as soon as I saw the questions, I suddenly found myself stumped. From now on, I’ll make sure to study thoroughly and master the material firmly, striving to achieve excellent results in the upcoming four rounds of quiz activities!”
“I’ve got it all!” Ren Bo from the Human Resources Department replied with a delighted smile after finishing the quiz. “Most of the questions came from the corporate culture handbook—after all, I regularly provide training for new employees, so these key points are already second nature to me.”
Not only are employees at headquarters actively participating, but many staff members at our subsidiary, Jiangsu Bosheng, located thousands of miles away, are also closely following the prize-winning quiz event. “I’ve read every single issue of the ‘Si Yao Ren’ factory newspaper and the group’s official WeChat account—there’s a wealth of information about the group’s latest developments in there,” said Ding Zhonghua, an employee at Bosheng. “The ‘little bits of knowledge’ I’ve accumulated over time have really come in handy during this quiz!”
It is reported that the prize-winning quiz event consists of five rounds, each with a different theme. The content covers five areas: corporate culture, safe production, Party building knowledge, product quality, and process technology. Each employee has one chance to take the quiz in each round. After employees follow the WeChat official account “Shi Si Yao Employees’ e-Home,” they must reply with the word “Quiz” to access the quiz interface. Once they’ve completed the quiz, they can click “Submit.” At the end of each round, employees will be ranked according to their scores, and 5 first-prize winners, 10 second-prize winners, and 20 third-prize winners will be selected.
