On April 22, employees from the patent department of the Pharmaceutical Research Institute at Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were participating in an online training session to learn about and master the latest information on intellectual property rights, thereby enhancing the company's ability to leverage patent information.
On April 22, employees from the Patent Department of the Pharmaceutical Research Institute at Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were participating in an online training session to stay informed about and master the latest developments in intellectual property, thereby enhancing the company’s ability to leverage patent information. This online intellectual property training event was jointly organized by the Intellectual Property Bureau of Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone and the Hebei Provincial Intellectual Property Research Association.
In recent years, while accelerating production, sales, and operations, the company has attached great importance to corporate innovation and intellectual property management. As the strategy for building strong IP enterprises continues to be accelerated, higher demands are being placed on companies’ capabilities in managing patent affairs.
To promptly stay abreast of innovative developments in the industry, the Patent Department of Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Research Institute actively participates in relevant training sessions organized by departments at the provincial, municipal, and district levels, keeping pace with the nation’s intellectual property development.
Niu Lijing, Director of the Patent Department, said, “These training sessions cover the latest policies and trends in intellectual property. The experts’ answers to questions about intellectual property project applications and patent filings are highly instructive for enterprises’ patent work.”
In recent years, Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical has achieved positive results in intellectual property management. In May 2018, it obtained the certification for its intellectual property management system.
According to the requirements of the standardization certification, an on-site supervisory audit must be conducted annually. According to reports, Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical Company will soon undergo its annual on-site audit for intellectual property rights.
