On April 3, bathed in the gentle morning light, the special issue of “Si Yao Ren”—“United as One: Fighting the Epidemic”—arrived in the hands of employees, carrying a warm and comforting aura. This issue, spanning two major sections and 20 pages, comprehensively documents Shijiazhuang Si Yao’s sense of mission and remarkable achievements in the battle against the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic.
On April 3, bathed in the gentle morning light, the special issue of “Si Yao Ren”—“United in Solidarity: Fighting the Epidemic”—arrived in the hands of employees, carrying a warm and comforting touch. This issue, spanning two major sections and 20 pages, comprehensively documents Shijiazhuang Si Yao’s sense of responsibility and remarkable achievements in the battle against the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic.
A few days ago, after the special issue articles—featuring text, images, and videos—were released via Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical’s official website and the “Shi Si Yao Employees’ e-Home” WeChat public platform, they sparked an enthusiastic response from employees across the board. People were sharing the articles, leaving comments, giving likes, paying tribute, and expressing heartfelt emotions... From company leaders to ordinary employees, from the “stars” of the news stories to media friends—everyone was buzzing with discussion, documenting Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical’s epic battle against the epidemic and lavishly praising the strength of Shi Si Yao in this people’s war.
“Seeing this special issue fills my heart with deep emotion.” “These are all precious materials—testimonies of our hard work during this battle against the epidemic—and we’ll definitely treasure and carefully preserve them.” Early in the morning, in front of the bulletin board at the entrance of the oral dosage form workshop, employees were flipping through the newly delivered special issue, moved and deeply reflective.
“As I turned the pages of the newspaper and read each article with care, the entire picture of epidemic prevention and production came vividly to mind. Mission, commitment, and responsibility—feelings of immense pride welled up in my heart,” said Rong Yanyan, the workshop director of the oral dosage form department, visibly excited as she looked at the thick special issue.
The four large characters on the cover—“Guarding Spring”—stood out vividly, instantly transporting me back to the scene on January 23rd when we received our orders and set off. For over 60 days and nights, every single one of us fought tirelessly on the front lines of production, providing “supplies” and “ammunition” to ensure victory in this battle against the epidemic. Since receiving the assignment and assembling on New Year’s Eve, Rong Yanyan has now been holding her “position” in this fight against the epidemic for more than two months. “The abidol capsules and disinfectants produced by our hands have been continuously delivered to the very forefront of the prevention and control efforts. As a ‘pharmaceutical professional,’ I feel truly proud!”
Li Ligong, Manager of the Storage and Transportation Department, was deeply moved: “I saw my photo and story in the newspaper, and it really touched me,” said Li Ligong. “Looking at these photos and articles, it’s as if I’ve been transported back two months—to the very beginning of the fight against the epidemic.
