On March 17, as soon as the list of donations made by Party-member employees of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for epidemic prevention and control was posted on the bulletin boards in the staff cafeterias of the High-tech Zone and the Development Zone plants, many employees would stop by the bulletin boards before and after meals, searching for their own names and those of their work teams.

During the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic, countless medical workers have stepped forward without hesitation, fighting day and night. Each touching heroic story has deeply moved and inspired the Party members and employees of Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Company. Fighting the epidemic and dedicating genuine care have become the shared sentiment of the company’s employees.
On February 27, Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical issued an appeal to all Party members and employees, calling on them to donate funds to support the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. In just a few days, the total amount of donations received from Party members and employees reached 244,097.66 yuan. Among this amount, the 24,910 yuan donated by Party members was promptly remitted to their higher-level Party organizations.
On the morning of March 7, Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., on behalf of the donating employees, handed over a charitable donation of 219,187.66 yuan to the Hebei Provincial Red Cross Society to support the fight against the epidemic prevention and control efforts.
Although some time has passed since the donation was made, as soon as the notice board was posted, it sparked considerable response among the employees. The employees unanimously expressed that uniting as one and overcoming difficulties together is a fine tradition, and this donation will surely become a cherished memory for them.
