Recently, the 8th General Assembly of the China Association for Research on Ideological and Political Work among Medical and Pharmaceutical Employees and the China Association for Corporate Culture Development in the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry was held in Shijiazhuang. Nearly 200 representatives from pharmaceutical companies across the country attended the meeting. Song Mingxia, chairperson of the company’s trade union, was invited to attend the conference.

Nearly 200 representatives from pharmaceutical companies across the country attended the meeting. Song Mingxia, Chairperson of the company’s trade union, was invited to attend the assembly.
At the exchange meeting, Song Mingxia, Chairperson of the company’s trade union, delivered an experience report titled “Building a High-Quality Corporate Culture to Promote Harmonious and Healthy Enterprise Development.” Taking corporate culture building as the key driver and focusing on fostering high-quality enterprise development, she identified points of convergence between Party building work and enterprise development, thereby stimulating employee creativity and enhancing enterprise cohesion, and providing solid ideological and political guarantees for achieving faster and better enterprise growth.
