Shenyang Pharmaceutical Summer Camp Visits Siyao

From July 15 to 20, ten students majoring in pharmacy-related fields from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, led by their teachers, visited Siyao for a six-day journey of exploration and skill-building. The company warmly welcomed the visiting students and arranged a meticulously planned and detailed itinerary for their tour. Wang Chunfa, the company’s Deputy General Manager, provided全程 guidance and explanations, engaging in lively on-site interactions and exchanges with the students.
“After graduation, how can you choose a job that’s right for you, and how should you plan your career?” In the conference room on the 8th floor of Shimen Building, Marketing Director Zhang Shichao is providing employment guidance and advice to a group of energetic college students. The atmosphere at the scene is warm and friendly, with students occasionally raising questions. Zhang Shichao answers each query one by one, helping the students clear away the fog and confusion they’re facing in their job search.

From the development journey of Sihua Pharmaceutical to its garden-style factory campus, from the sophisticated, high-tech equipment and advanced process flows in its production workshops, to the students’ deepened understanding of each department’s functions and the specific responsibilities of every position within those departments—plus the extent to which national pharmaceutical policies influence the direction of pharmaceutical companies’ development, the preparatory work required for initiating R&D projects, and the monitoring processes enterprises undertake once a drug enters the clinical trial phase—over the course of six days, the company meticulously crafted a cultural and visual feast for the summer camp students from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University.
On the final day of the summer camp, the company organized a team-building activity at Xibaipo, a revolutionary red base, bringing together students from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and newly hired employees from the Institute of Pharmaceutical Research. “I’ve come to realize the importance of teamwork and a sense of responsibility,” said Pei Feng, a student majoring in Food and Pharmaceutical Sciences. “The enthusiasm and challenges we experienced during the team-building activities have provided our new colleagues—soon to enter the workforce—with invaluable spiritual wealth.”
“During this trip to Siyao, I’ve gained so much and am truly grateful for this learning opportunity,” said Zhong Wenya, a sophomore majoring in Pharmaceutical Engineering, excitedly at the conclusion of the summer camp. “The six-day journey to Siyao allowed me to truly see how the knowledge I’ve learned can be put into practice. It was an honor and a great joy for me to have so many alumni mentors share their insights openly and thoroughly, helping us resolve our doubts and offering valuable guidance on career planning. At the same time, this experience has lifted the fog that had been lingering over my mind for a long time. Before, I felt utterly confused—unsure about which path to take or what exactly I should do in the future. Now, I’m crystal clear about what I really want, and that’s probably the greatest takeaway from this trip.”
