Our company has successfully been selected as one of the first batch of pilot enterprises to carry out vocational skill level certification in Hebei Province.
Recently, the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Hebei Province announced the list of the first batch of pilot enterprises for vocational skill level certification. Our company has successfully been selected as one of the first pilot enterprises to carry out vocational skill level certification in Hebei Province, and has obtained qualification to conduct assessments in four trades: pharmaceutical preparation technician, equipment inspector, water production and treatment operator, and organic synthesis technician. The skill levels are divided into three tiers: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
Based on the requirements of the “Notice from the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Launching the Pilot Program for the Recognition of Vocational Skill Levels,” the expert review panel conducted an assessment of the company’s pilot program proposal for the recognition of vocational skill levels, including document review, technical spot checks, and on-site inspections. The panel evaluated aspects such as the proposed catalog of occupations (trades) to be included in the pilot program, the development of occupational standards, and the construction of information systems. The expert panel unanimously concluded that the company has established a comprehensive and well-structured system for recognizing vocational skill levels, with standardized operating mechanisms, sound supporting policies and regulations, clear procedures, and adequate hardware and software conditions. Therefore, the company is fully qualified and capable of carrying out the pilot program for the recognition of vocational skill levels.
