The China Pharmaceutical Packaging Association organized an awards ceremony titled “Forty Years of Standing Together Through Thick and Thin in China’s Pharmaceutical Packaging Industry.” Our company was honored with the “Gold Award for Outstanding Membership,” while our Chairman, Qu Jiguang, received the “Special Contribution Award.” Additionally, our Chief Engineer and Director of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Research, Yin Dianshu, was awarded the “Outstanding Achievement Award” and recognized as a “Leader in the Industry Who Has Navigated Forty Years Together Through Thick and Thin.” Furthermore, Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. was presented with the “Leading Award for Outstanding Membership,” and its Chairman, Zhang Lüyi, and Chief Engineer, Zhang Enbo, were each awarded the “Special Contribution Award.”
In 2019, the China Pharmaceutical Packaging Association celebrated its 40th anniversary. Over the past four decades, amid the tide of reform and opening-up, the pharmaceutical packaging industry has consistently advanced in step with the pharmaceutical industry itself. Both the industry’s scale and technological level have achieved remarkable progress. To recognize the member enterprises and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the development of the industry and the growth of the association during this period, the China Pharmaceutical Packaging Association organized the “Forty Years of Shared Journey: Celebrating China’s Pharmaceutical Packaging Industry” recognition event.
Recently, the 10th General Assembly of Members and the Symposium on Pharmaceutical Packaging Policies and Technologies, hosted by the China Pharmaceutical Packaging Association, were held in Haikou. During the event, the results of the commendation activities were announced. In recent years, the company has closely focused on the key technological development directions in pharmaceutical packaging materials and the pharmaceutical industry, vigorously promoting industry-academia-research cooperation. It has established a quality control system and standards for raw materials right from the source of medical packaging material production, actively aligning with international advanced standards such as those set by the FDA and the European Union, and driving the development and enhancement of domestic standards in the pharmaceutical packaging industry. To date, the company has either led or participated in the formulation of 22 national and industry standards.
Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. has established a comprehensive product value chain and product system covering the independent R&D and industrialization of new medical packaging materials, the application of pharmaceutical packaging materials, and pharmaceutical development and production. The company has successively obtained 45 registration certificates for pharmaceutical packaging materials issued by the National Medical Products Administration of China, and its 8 technologies have filled domestic gaps. Several products developed in-house—such as specialized bromobutyl rubber stoppers for ceftriaxone sodium, poly-p-xylene-coated bromobutyl rubber stoppers, and coated butyl rubber stoppers—in various specifications have been filed with the U.S. DMF, achieving quality levels that are internationally advanced. Several of these products have also received certificates as National Key New Products and Jiangsu Province High-Tech Products, and have been included in the National Torch Program.
