Recently, the municipal government issued the “Decision on Awarding the 2022 High-Tech Achievement Implementation Awards.” Two projects, including “Industrialization of the Basic Solution for Hemofiltration and Hemodiafiltration by Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.,” were awarded third prize in the Municipal High-Tech Achievement Implementation Awards, each receiving a prize fund of 500,000 yuan.

To accelerate the commercialization and implementation of high-tech achievements, promote the rapid development of high-tech industries, and achieve breakthroughs first in the next-generation electronic information industry and the biopharmaceutical industry, thereby fostering five industrial clusters each worth over 100 billion yuan, the Shijiazhuang Municipal Government, in accordance with the “Measures for Rewarding the Implementation of High-Tech Achievements in Shijiazhuang,” has decided to award units that have made outstanding contributions to the construction of high-tech industrialization projects and the commercialization of high-tech achievements in 2022. Specifically, two projects—Shijiazhuang Siyao Co., Ltd.’s industrialization of blood filtration replacement basal solution and Hebei Bowei Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd.’s industrialization of GaN base station power amplifiers for 5G communications—have been awarded third-place prizes.
According to relevant regulations, the recipients of the Achievement Award are holders of high-tech achievements and investors in high-tech achievement industrialization projects, and such projects must be located within the administrative boundaries of Shijiazhuang City. The Achievement Award features four levels: Special Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, and Third Prize, with an annual review process. Specifically, the Special Prize carries a prize of 5 million yuan; applicants must demonstrate technology at an internationally advanced level or higher, and the project investment scale must exceed 500 million yuan. The First Prize comes with a prize of 3 million yuan, the Second Prize with 1 million yuan, and the Third Prize with 500,000 yuan.
