On May 26, the signing ceremony for the joint establishment of a “Pharmacy Major Internship and Practice Base” between Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Group and Hebei Normal University was held at the group’s R&D center. Representatives from Hebei Normal University and the group attended the signing ceremony.
It is reported that Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Group has signed an agreement with Hebei Normal University to establish a practice and internship base for pharmacy students. The aim of this collaboration is to fully tap into and leverage the strengths of both parties, focusing on cultivating high-level talent, emphasizing scientific research and innovation, and relying on resource sharing to jointly create new approaches, mechanisms, and models for the collaborative training of high-caliber, application-oriented professionals. The signing of this agreement marks the integration of Hebei Normal University’s talent resources and advanced, mature technological achievements with the enterprise’s production conditions and practical application scenarios. Guided by the principles of “complementary advantages, resource sharing, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, and common development,” the two sides will engage in deepened, substantive cooperation in areas such as talent cultivation, research on related specialized topics, and the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, thereby achieving co-construction and mutual success.
Before the signing ceremony, relevant officials from Hebei Normal University, accompanied by Tian Pengmei, Group Executive President and General Manager of the Strategic Development and Human Resources Center, visited the Group’s R&D center and engaged in an in-depth discussion and exchange regarding the training and internship arrangements for undergraduate and graduate pharmacy students from Hebei Normal University.
Hebei Normal University is a key provincial university jointly established by the provincial and ministerial authorities, and it is listed as a first-tier institution under the province’s “Double First-Class” initiative. The university enjoys a long-standing, friendly cooperative relationship with the Group, both in academic and corporate terms. Currently, the College of Chemistry and Materials Science at Hebei Normal University offers three undergraduate programs: Chemistry, Science Education, and Pharmacy. The college has an annual enrollment of over 1,100 undergraduate students. It boasts a doctoral degree authorization point for the first-level discipline of Chemistry and a postdoctoral research station for the same discipline. Moreover, its Chemistry program has been designated as a national-level first-class undergraduate program development site. The college serves as an important hub for cultivating teachers for basic education, conducting chemical research, and training high-caliber professionals.
